Shipping methods

We are currently using DHL and SPEEDY, delivery to your door. All parcels can be tracked:

Processing & delivery 

All orders are processed and shipped within 3 working days. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays or national or international holidays will be processed on the first working day. Delays are possible around and during national and international holidays.
Once the order is shipped, the delivery takes from 2 to 7 working days, depending on your country and address.

Returns

We want you to be fully satisfied with every item that you purchase online from L&A VAPE. If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may return the item within 14 days for a full refund of the purchase price, minus possible shipping, handling or other charges. You have the right to return your order within 14 calendar days after receiving the order.

All items must be unopened, unused, undamaged and in their original packaging, with all its accessories and all packaged components.

Items can also be returned to any office of SPEEDY and DHL in Plovdiv, Bulgaria 

Before returning an item, please contact us and provide your order number, shipping method used for the return and the tracking number of the parcel.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned items, you will be refunded within 2 working days.
We will refund you using the same payment method that you used in the original transaction ( bank card, paypal or wire transfer ). The amount of your refund will be credited to the same account from which you paid the purchase. We will issue your refund within approximately 2 business days after receiving the returned item. It may take several days for refunds to appear on your account statement, and it can take up to 7 business days. Your return will be refunded within 14 days, depending on your payment method.

Exchange

Unfortunately, we don’t offer exchanges. If you wish to order another product, please return the purchased item and order the new item online yourself. We will refund your money for the first purchase as soon as we receive the parcel.
